Danielle Webb

Danielle is a CADC II and holds a bachelor’s degree in human communications from California State University, Fullerton. Originally from Orange County, California, she has been working in the field for 11 years. Danielle began her career as a Behavioral Technician and quickly advanced to Operations Management, where she spent three years overseeing key functions.

She then transitioned into HR and Compliance, dedicating another three years to ensuring organizational excellence. In 2019, Danielle moved into the clinical side of the field, where she discovered her true passion—helping others through direct care and support.
