Helena was born and raised in Southern California. She is an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist (AMFT) and earned her Master of Science in Clinical Psychology from Vanguard University in 2025. Helena has worked in substance use treatment since 2021, beginning as support staff before transitioning into a therapist role in January 2024. She joined Oceanrock as an AMFT in 2025.
Helena is passionate about helping individuals navigate substance use, trauma, anxiety, self-esteem, grief, and recovery. She finds it especially meaningful to provide clients with a nonjudgmental space where they can feel heard, understood, and supported as they share their experiences. Helena hopes to help clients rebuild confidence, better understand themselves, and create meaningful lives in recovery.
