Kaitlin Falinski

A Virginia native, Kaitlin made the move to Southern California five years ago to pursue her passion for helping others in recovery. As the Program Manager and Case Manager at Oceanrock Recovery, she brings over three years of experience in the behavioral health field and is passionate about helping individuals build a strong foundation for lasting recovery. Kaitlin enjoys connecting clients with resources, developing practical life skills, and creating individualized plans that promote confidence, independence, and long-term success. She finds the greatest fulfillment in supporting clients as they overcome challenges, celebrate each milestone, and discover hope for a healthier, more meaningful future. Kaitlin believes lasting change happens when individuals feel supported, empowered, and genuinely understood.
