Sean Avila

With over six years in addiction treatment and a decade of emergency medical experience, Sean brings a structured, clinical approach to patient care at South Coast Counseling. As a licensed LVN and active EMT, he serves as the key liaison between providers and staff—overseeing client medical needs, auditing charts, guiding staff training, and ensuring compliance and care across the board. Always willing to take the lead when needed, Sean supports his team through hands-on problem-solving, clear communication, and a strong focus on patient outcomes. He is committed to helping clients move toward better health, one step at a time. Outside of work, he’s a diehard Rams season ticket holder and loves spending Sundays at the stadium with his family.
